Welcome to SMTPaid. By registering and using our SMTP relay services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

SMTPaid is designed for sending transactional emails, notifications, and legitimate marketing communications. You agree NOT to use our service to send:

• Phishing or Scams: Any emails designed to deceive recipients into revealing personal information, passwords, or financial details.
• Online Gambling (Judi Online): Promotions, links, or materials related to illegal or unregulated online gambling activities.
• Spam / Unsolicited Emails: Bulk emails sent to recipients who have not explicitly opted in to receive communications from you.
• Malware or Viruses: Emails containing malicious software or links to malicious websites.
• Illegal or Negative Content: Any content that violates local or international laws, incites violence, hate speech, or explicit adult content.

2. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to monitor email traffic and delivery metrics (such as bounce rates and spam complaints). If we detect any violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, we reserve the absolute right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice or refund.

3. Quota and Billing

Free tier quotas are provided on a daily basis and cannot be rolled over. Paid top-ups are non-refundable and will be added to your account balance. We are not responsible for any financial loss incurred due to account suspension resulting from policy violations.

4. Liability

SMTPaid is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of our service, although we strive for 94.5% uptime. We shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
